Recognizing the overwhelming burden of Medical bills that most patients already incur before arriving at Central Island Healthcare, we are thrilled to provide all patients with our very own Ambulette transport van. This unique complimentary service is provided for our valued patients and residents to transport them to all doctor visits and appointments.
We are also pleased to announce our new visitor’s shuttle. This free service picks up visitors from their homes, brings them to Central Island Healthcare to spend time with their loved ones and returns visitors to their homes at the end of the day. Now there is no need to get behind the wheel – it’s like having your own personal chauffeur!
For those who do intend to drive their own vehicle when visiting, there is no need to look for parking! We now offer free valet parking to all visitors during normal visiting hours.
Direct TV Satellite Television
For your viewing pleasure, all of our guests are provided with over 35 channels of free satellite TV service projected on their own flat screen television. The channel selection includes all entertainment categories from news and sports, to fine living, travel, and movies. There is always something on for everyone to enjoy.
Telephone Service
Communicating with your loved ones couldn’t be easier. All guests are given their own private telephone number and bedside telephone. Now guests no longer need to worry about bringing and losing their small mobile phones from home.
Internet
Whether you use it for business or pleasure, surfing the web has become an essential component of all of our everyday lives. For this reason Central Island Healthcare is completely set up with free Wi-Fi internet access. Guests can now surf the web from the privacy of their own room, or bring their lap-top computers with them to one of our lounges.
For guests who do not have their own lap-top computer, we have a free internet kiosk for anyone to use and enjoy.
